Our traditional Continental Sponge Cake is the perfect cake for any celebration. Three layers of Strega liquor soaked sponge (optional) filled with one layer of vanilla custard and one layer of chocolate custard. Covered in a white bakers cream, chocolate flakes, topped with white chocolate buds and green glace cherries.
